IMMUNE SYSTEM – Learn how to support your own immune system

To begin with, let me briefly highlight the importance of your immune system. Many people fall ill. Most have heard of something called the immune system, immune cells, but few realize just how crucial it is. For example, let’s take cancer cells. Each of us has them, but it’s our immune system that keeps their numbers in check. If it’s strong, it effectively eliminates damaged cells and prevents their proliferation. However, if it’s weak, cancer can spread very quickly throughout the body and infect vital organs. Do you now understand how important it is to take care of this system? The functioning of the immune system is absolutely key to your health.

Why can the immune system be weakened?

There are many reasons why this happens.

Firstly, stress. The state of your mind has a significant impact on the functioning of every organ or gland, as well as on the entire immune system. The more chaotic your life is, the more negative emotions and anxiety it contains, the more weakened your body becomes. People with a strong tendency to worry and become frustrated find it much easier to get sick.

Secondly, nutrition. I probably don’t need to mention how significant what you eat is. It is from food that our immune system draws all the substances it needs. The healthier you eat, the better it functions. A significant deficiency of any element can be crucial for you. Of course, nowadays, a healthy diet means something different for everyone. The internet is in absolute informational chaos. No wonder many people don’t know what’s right and what’s not. I personally advise against any high-fat diet, but there will be a separate article on why. I’ve also mentioned this many times in my videos on YouTube and Facebook. In short, your diet should be dominated by fruits and vegetables. They provide valuable building materials and more, allowing the immune system to function effectively.

Thirdly, physical activity. Whether you are active or not determines your level of vital energy and the level of stress in your body. Vital energy serves as a power source for your immune system—without it, it cannot function properly. Such energy is also provided by meditation, other spiritual practices, taking care of healthy respiratory tracts, and raw foods like unprocessed fruits, vegetables, herbs, and greens. Exercise will also help clear your mind and reduce tension caused by stress, which, as I mentioned above, is very important.

How important is the immunity and strength of the immune system?

Imagine seeing a balance scale in front of you. On the left side are 5 blocks representing any disease unit. It could be Hashimoto’s, rheumatoid arthritis, atopic dermatitis, cancer, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, or any other. On the right side are 5 blocks symbolizing a functioning immune system. Now, depending on whether you add a disease block or an immunity block, it will determine whether your disease will develop or recede. If you add 1 or even 2 disease blocks, your health will start to deteriorate rapidly. If you already have some ailment but start removing disease blocks from the scale and adding immune system blocks, your disease will begin to disappear. I’ve presented this in a rather pictorial way to make the process easier to understand. Below, I’ll explain what leads to the development of disease and what creates our protective barriers.

Disease blocks include:

  • Animal-derived food products
  • Fast foods
  • Highly processed drinks and snacks
  • High-protein and high-fat diets
  • A lot of stress (negative, strong emotions)
  • Lack of exercise
  • Mold and mildew at home/work
  • Toxic people in your environment
  • Disturbances in the energy field
  • Cigarettes, alcohol, coffee, energy drinks, etc.
  • Chemical agents for washing clothes, dishes, floors, and other artificial scents (candles, etc.)
  • Cosmetics, deodorants, perfumes, shampoos, soaps, gels, etc.
  • Vaccines, medications, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc.
  • Harmful bacteria, viruses, fungi, molds, parasites
  • Polluted air

Immune system-supporting blocks are:

  • A healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables (vitamins and minerals)
  • Proper hydration (filtered, clean water, preferably enhanced with lemon juice)
  • Meditation
  • Physical activity
  • A calm lifestyle
  • A pleasant atmosphere in relationships and work
  • Good quality sleep
  • Eco-friendly cleaning products
  • Natural cosmetics
  • Lack of addictions

Every decision and action you take will work towards your health or disease. Ultimately, it depends on you whether you’ll be a healthy, happy person.

Are antibodies our enemy?

Antibodies are one of the main tools for defending against foreign bodies. If pathogens like harmful bacteria, viruses, fungi, or parasites appear in your body, antibodies will step into action and start fighting (protecting the body from developing infections). Of course, this isn’t their only role. Today, due to the increasing number of autoimmune diseases (such as thyroid dysfunctions, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, celiac disease, etc.), the immune system has also gained a bad reputation. Allegedly, it attacks the tissues of its own body, its own cells. Why does this happen? Scientists don’t know, although they try to justify it in many ways. If they used a bit of logic in these considerations, it wouldn’t take much thought to understand that lymphocytes are present in diseased areas because they’re fighting an enemy. They themselves aren’t the enemy. It’s a bit like a fleeing murderer from a crime scene, where you happen to appear, holding a bloody knife. Now try to explain that you’re not the culprit here. Exactly the same is the case with autoimmune diseases and blaming the immune system for the problem. No one considers that it sent its army there because it wanted to help. The principle is simple—if an intruder, a microorganism, appears in your body, specialized units of the immune system will be sent to fight. In the place of the battle, inflammation will occur (the equivalent of a destroyed city where the war is taking place). Inflammation itself isn’t bad! It’s merely an indication that the body is functioning properly and is fighting the problem. These are natural defensive reactions. It would be worse if this intruder appeared and no one reacted. Can you imagine how such a situation might end? Have you heard of cancers that suddenly attacked an organ? There’s no such thing as a sudden cancer. You can’t just acquire it like that. The problem was developing much earlier and was progressing unchecked because the immune system didn’t react. That’s the worst scenario. Do you now understand the extremely important role the immune system plays?

Immunity is the key to health

Among other things, thanks to many years of working with patients, I’ve noticed that to recover or maintain our health at an appropriate level, it’s crucial to ensure strong immunity, which protects against pathogens. One of the places where its strength is built is the digestive tract. Nowadays, it’s extremely easy to destroy it through an unhealthy diet. Elements of the digestive system become damaged, and sometimes even completely destroyed, which greatly weakens our immunity. An innumerable amount of bacteria live in the intestines, which are beneficial for us, but the worse the diet, the more harmful strains appear. They become toxic and pollute our body with their waste products, and since they mainly feed on unhealthy and processed food, their „waste” contains a lot of toxins. The human body was never adapted to the factors it is currently exposed to. Therefore, our civilization is becoming increasingly impaired in terms of health. The disease process progresses day by day. This doesn’t bode well. Therefore, it’s extremely important to take care of our natural immunity and strengthen it as much as possible. Ultimately, it will depend on it whether you get sick or stay healthy.

Medical treatment of autoimmune diseases—how to destroy the immune system?

As we can see, nowadays our body can become our enemy. At least in theory. Therefore, when doctors diagnose any autoimmune disease in you, they first recommend weakening the immune system so that it doesn’t attack us so strongly (the truth is that it doesn’t attack us, but pathogens). So, you’ll receive immunosuppressive drugs or steroids from the doctor, whose goal is to significantly weaken the functions of the immune system. You probably realize that this doesn’t have good prospects. It leads nowhere. The immune system in this case is doing what it’s supposed to. That’s how the immune system works. It defends us against the enemy, stands guard over our tissues and organs. If we turn it off, it’s exactly like consciously walking into a minefield. Our actual task is to ensure that we strengthen the immune system as much as possible, not weaken it. Conventional medicine has absolutely the wrong approach to this problem, so it’s no wonder their treatment methods don’t yield positive results.
